From February 8-13, 2020, national and local leaders, governments, civil society representatives, academics, non-governmental organizations, and many others will gather in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for the tenth World Urban Forum, or WUF, the world’s premier conference on urban issues. Organized and convened by UN-Habitat, WUF10 has its theme: “Cities of Opportunities: Connecting Culture and Innovation,” and it will be the first time that a Middle Eastern country has had the opportunity to host the world’s leading conference on cities and human settlements.

Habitat for Humanity will be organizing and speaking at a number of side and networking events, as well as round tables and special sessions, emphasizing the importance of Sustainable Development Goal 11, or SDG 11. We will be calling attention to our key engagements on this page, so be sure to check back for updates and additional details!
